Once again our wonderful Neilston Strings group will be joining us in October to put on a concert for our residents. Music is a great love for every resident and staff member within Silverburn and it's always great to hear it played in a different way.

Here at Silverburn Care Home, there's something for every one from visiting friends to balloon fun, shopping to hand massages. Movie and music reminiscing to card games, ball fun to outside simulation and remembering stand out moments from football. Here are our residents enjoying their fun filled weekend.

From our weekly coffee morning at the local parish church to listening and reminiscing about country music. From outside simulation to sensory sessions, dominoes to a film night. The residents of Silverburn Care Home certainly had a Terrific Tuesday.

From the music of Billy Ocean to a trip down memory lane with the earliest EastEnders Episodes. Visiting Friends to movie night with Jack Nicholson, our residents had a fun-filled Wednesday. Silverburn truly is a place for making memories.

Our residents will be treated to two bowling sessions during the month of October. The first session is on the 16th and the second is the 31st, bowling is a great way for the Residents and Staff to show their competitive edge whilst still enjoying the element of fun.    

Here at Silverburn Care Home, our residents have the opportunity to take part in a wide variety of activities from our PT Sessions to Watching the Horse Racing. From Shopping to Afternoon Baking and then to top it all off a nice relaxing movie night. Here are our residents enjoying themselves.

Here at Silverburn Care Home, we will be joined by the wonderful Stevie who is coming in to put a concert on for our Residents and Staff to enjoy. We always look for the best moves and the best singing and what better opportunity to show it than a concert.

Here at Silverburn Care Home, our residents have a wide variety of activities they can participate in. These include taking a trip down memory lane for music therapy as we entered the 60s and 70s era. Reminiscing about the great Al Jolson through watching and some good old balloon fun. Here at Silverburn Care Home, music therapy is one of the best activities we can give to our Residents. They can showcase their talent and make their own individual memories. Here they are enjoying their music Monday with a good old Scottish Singalong.

Silverburn Care Home is all about making and cherishing memories. From coffee and a chat to afternoon darts fun, the residents enjoyed their Terrific Tuesday, there were smiles all round and it's these little things that they can cherish.

Kite and Ball Fun, Arts and Crafts, Visiting Friends and an Afternoon Singalong with Abba, the Residents of Silverburn Care Home definitely had a wonderful Wednesday. Here they are enjoying their wide variety of activities.

Our Residents will be treated to a night down at the Local Pub on the 23/10/2025 whether that be for a soft drink or a little alcoholic beverage. The most important thing to us is for them to have fun and to enjoy each others company.
