My name is Joanne McWilliam, I am the activity coordinator for Silverburn Care Home. I have been in this role for 10 years. I live in Pollock and have one daughter and four amazing grandchildren; they are my world. My job is very important to me and I am lucky to be part of an amazing team at Silverburn. I enjoy spending time with my residents and families seeing them happy and making memories, every resident is treated as an individual, person centred care is a must in Silverburn care home.
