My name is James Hixson, I am the Head Chef at Silverburn Care Home, I am very passionate about cooking. I love how you can make something from nothing, I love to cook fresh, I enjoy getting to know the residents and new people always keen to learn new skills. I am always happy to help with any tasks thrown at me, no matter how big or small. I find joy with cooking, baking, exploring and hiking and I always try my best to keep everyone happy with my cooking and baking, I have just become a new dad, and I enjoy spending all my time with my family making memories.
